1) POWER PLANT SYSTEM ENGINEERING:
For Gauri Industries, Gauri Bidanur covering mechanical, civil and
electrical system engineering for 1.4 MW Bio-mass and distillery
gas based captive power plant.
For Caterpillar Ltd., Bangalore for their 3 x 2.5 MW gas engine
plant at Cosmos films, Aurangabad including design of structural
platforms, piping layout, piping isometrics and design of steel
tanks for oil tank farm.
Similarly three other DG set projects (Videocon Narmada, JCT Electronics,
Apollo Tyre) was carried out.
For Caterpillar Ltd., Bangalore for their Solar make 1 x 5.4 MW
Gas Turbine project at Apollo Tyres, including preparation of PIDs,
design of structural platforms, piping layout and design of steel
tanks for oil tank farm.
Commissioning of 2.5MW power plant at Siriguppa, for Sri Ram Electro

For Thermal Systems Pvt Ltd., Hyderabad – for boiler integral
& external piping covering boiler water circulation piping (risers
and down comers), BFP suction and discharge, export steam piping,
cooling water piping, DM water piping etc in respect of their boilers
(including piping layout, stress analysis and support engineering)

Vandana Global project (Q= 30 t/hr, P=70 bar, T=510 0C) with natural
circulation.
Sterlite Copper India Ltd., Tuticorin project (Q=45 t/hr, P=67.5
bar, T=495 0C) with circulation water pumps.
Usha Beltron Ltd., Jamshedpur, (Q= 45.6 t/hr, P=46 bar, T=460 0C)
with natural circulation.
Hindustan Zinc Limited, (Q=51.5 t/hr, P=40 bar, T=400 0C) with circulation

For Mecon Ltd., Bangalore – in respect of their Godavari Sugar

3) AIR SEPARATION PLANT PIPING:
For Praxair Ltd covering plant layout, design of pipe rack, pipe
rack foundation, miscellaneous structures, piping layout, piping
isometrics for all piping including liquid oxygen/ nitrogen piping
at (-) 180 0C, for their Kalyani Steel project.

engineering services covering plant layout, piping layout, PIDs,

6) STRESS ANALYSIS PROJECTS:
Repeated orders from Zuari Industries Ltd., Goa in respect of their
fertilizer plant as enumerated in earlier pages. It includes steam
piping of three boilers with 100-bar pressure and 490 0C temperatures.
Work for CPRI, Nagpur for RLA study of main steam, hot re-heat,
cold re-heat, boiler feed suction and boiler feed discharge of 2
x 500 MW power plant of NTPC, Rihand, Unit I & II.
Work for CPRI, Bangalore for RLA study of main steam, BFP suction
and discharge lines of 62.5 MW power plant of MSEB, Bhusawal, Unit
I.
For Tata Power Limited, Mumbai for stress analysis of existing 25
year old main steam line (P=189.7 bar, T=546 Deg C) and hot reheat
line (P=47.93 Bar, T=573 Deg C) in special X20 material, for 500
MW Unit 6.
For Tata Power Limited, Mumbai for stress analysis of existing 40
year old main steam line (P=192 kg/cm2, T=577 Deg C) and hot reheat
line (P=20 kg/cme, T=539 Deg C) for 140 MW Unit 4.
7) PHARMACEUTICAL PROJECTS:
Preparation of PIDs, piping layouts, piping isometrics etc according
to International pharmaceutical grade and GMP for Global Calcium
Pvt Ltd., Hosur, Tamil Nadu covering endotoxin free water, solution
fluids, steam, condensate, chilled water, compressed air, nitrogen
system. The work included preparation of tender specifications for
various equipment and services.
Study of incinerator for Beloor Bayir Biotech Ltd., Tumkur.
8) PENSTOCKS FOR HYDEL POWER PLANTS:
Detailing of 1800 mm dia penstock for Sheshadri Iyer Mini Hydel
Plant of 3 x 2.5 MW for GMW Engineers Pvt Ltd, Baroda.
Detailing of 3000/2500/1800 mm dia penstocks for 3 x 6 MW hydro
project at Kemphole for GMW Engineers Pvt Ltd., Baroda.
Detailing of trifurcation (2400 mm x 1500 mm) for Penstock of Chunchi
